Service and Training Manager
Manages day-to-day cleaning operations and assists in training staff to develop successful cleaning methods and to improve efficiency and productivity. She is also responsible for ensuring that our customers' needs and priorities are met.
She has been with Harvard Medical School for 6 years, where she oversees building cleaning and maintenance services in fourteen buildings.
